A Fresh Start with Big Loud Rock

Cage The Elephant shares their new single "Dying In Reverse" today through Big Loud Rock. The song premiered on Zane Lowe and arrives alongside a visualizer directed by vocalist Matthew Shultz. For this release, the band worked with producers Justin Raisen and SADPONY (Jeremiah Raisen).

The track is part of the EA SPORTS FC 27 soundtrack, which will launch globally on September 25th. This follows the band's July single "Beaches In Tennessee," which debuted at number one on the Rock and Alternative Airplay chart. That track served as the band's first release through Big Loud Rock.

Catalog and Career Milestones

Since forming in Bowling Green, Kentucky in 2006, Cage The Elephant has built a comprehensive rock catalog. To date, the band has earned dozens of Gold, Platinum, and Multi-Platinum certifications while tallying six billion streams. They have also notched thirteen number one records on Alternative Radio and seven number one records on Triple A Radio.

They received their first GRAMMY Award nomination with 'Melophobia' in 2013. The band later won Best Rock Album for consecutive releases, starting with 'Tell Me I'm Pretty' in 2015 and followed by 'Social Cues' in 2019. Recently, they were nominated in the Alternative category for 'Neon Pill' in 2024.

Upcoming Performances

Last year, Cage The Elephant joined Oasis on the North American leg of the Live 25 tour. Looking ahead, the band will perform at the official NFL halftime show for the Patriots versus Lions game in Munich, Germany on November 15th. In early 2027, they will embark on a headline tour across Europe and the UK.
