AVRION's new single "Free" stopped me cold the first time through. Four-on-the-floor kick, sidechained pads pumping in that chest-tightening way, white noise sweeps climbing toward the drop... the mechanics are all there, and they work.

The verses pull back into something tighter and close before the filter sweeps do their thing and the whole track cracks open. When the chorus lands, those bright synth leads come in swinging and the sidechain isn't just texture, it gives the track this constant forward breath, like the song is physically leaning into you.

The voice shifts from a controlled mid-register in the verses to full, sustained high notes in the chorus, and that leap is where "Free" earns its title. You feel the release before you can name it.

I wanted the music in this track to reflect and celebrate the transition from uncertainty and emotional tension toward clarity, freedom, and the possibility of something better.

That intention lands in every section. A strong second single. AVRION is one to watch.
